Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the perfect property. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building relationships, and delivering expert guidance throughout the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors
  • Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
  • Stay informed about market trends, legal procedures, and new property listings
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or real estate consulting
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
