We are seeking motivated and professional Property Sales Consultants to join our expanding team and help clients navigate Abu Dhabi’s dynamic and fast‑growing property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and investment goals
• Conduct property viewings, sales presentations, and tailored consultations
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
• Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
