We are seeking ambitious and professional Property Sales Consultants to join our expanding team and support clients across Abu Dhabi’s dynamic and rapidly evolving property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Conduct property viewings, sales presentations, and investment consultations
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
• Provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
• Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Turkish, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
