We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Sales Consultant who specializes in office space leasing and sales within
Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) and Business Bay
, two of Dubai’s most active commercial hubs. The ideal candidate will bring local market expertise, a strong professional network, and a proven ability to close transactions efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, list, and manage office space inventory in JLT and Business Bay

Advise clients on suitable office leasing or purchase options tailored to their business needs

Conduct property viewings and site visits, highlighting key features and benefits

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, occupancy trends, and zoning regulations

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, corporate clients, building managers, and developers
-
Prepare and present Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports to assist clients in decision-making
-
Coordinate with admin and photographer to market listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle using professional photos, floor plans, and descriptions

Oversee lease documentation, DLD procedures, and ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations

Stay informed on new commercial developments, tower vacancies, and market trends within JLT and Business Bay
Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum one (1) year of real estate experience in Dubai

Strong familiarity with JLT and Business Bay properties.

Proven track record of successfully closing office leasing and/or sales deals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and major property listing portals

Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
