Property Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, showcasing properties, and closing sales while providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the property market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
  • Meet with clients to understand their property needs and offer suitable options.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and property listings in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Provide post-sale support to clients, including follow-ups and assistance with property documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or a related sales field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and real estate regulations.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
