Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Property Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. You will be responsible for promoting property listings, conducting viewings, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market information
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
• Stay informed about market trends, legal procedures, and new property listings
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and transaction records
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in property sales or customer service
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital tools
• Energetic, self-motivated, and client-oriented
