Property Snagging Inspector

We are seeking a Part-Time Snagging Inspector to assist with property inspections (typically 1–2 surveys per week). The role involves carrying out detailed snagging inspections on new residential and commercial units and reporting on defects and compliance issues to a professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site snagging and quality inspections across residential and commercial projects in Abu Dhabi.
• Identify and record defects with supporting photographic evidence using mobile software (training provided).
• Prepare clear, concise written reports referencing local building standards and workmanship quality.
• Communicate professionally with clients, developers, and contractors as required.
• Travel independently to sites within Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction, building surveying, snagging, or a related field.
• Strong eye for detail and understanding of building finishes and workmanship quality.
• Excellent written English and report-writing skills.
• Must have a valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Based in Abu Dhabi.
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices and materials is an advantage.
• RICS, CIOB, or engineering background preferred but not essential.
