Property Supervisor

PROPERTY SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Property Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage tenant check-ins and check-outs

Coordinate maintenance and repairs

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the property

Handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly

Maintain records, inventory, and property reports

Monitor vendors, housekeeping, and security staff.

Requirements:

Previous experience in property management preferred

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
