Job Title: Property Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Property Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, promoting property projects, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. Experience in real estate or builder projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to potential clients to promote real estate projects
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about properties
• Generate and qualify leads for site visits and sales team follow-ups
• Maintain a database of clients and update CRM systems regularly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visit scheduling
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure conversion
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Maintain proper call records and reporting for management review

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of telesales experience (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good command of Urdu and basic English (regional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
