Proposal Designer

We are looking for Proposal Designer to join our creative team in Jeddah. This is a high-impact role where you will transform raw content into powerful, visually engaging presentations and proposals that leave a lasting impression.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, preferably in entertainment, events, or other fast-paced creative industries.
• Background in Graphic Design or a visual/design-related field.
• Mastery of Keynote, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to transform written ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Resilient under pressure, with flexibility to work on tight timelines, after-hours, and weekends if required.
• Fast, responsive, detail-oriented, and understands direction from the first brief.
• Passionate, quality-driven, and open to learning and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-level presentations and proposals for internal and external projects.
• Convert complex or raw written content into visually clear and engaging presentations.
• Support brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative concept development.
• Ensure visual layouts, fonts, colors, and flow align with each project’s unique identity.
• Collaborate with the wider team and deliver high-quality outputs on time, every time.
