As a Proposal Writer & Bidding Specialist, you’ll be at the frontline of opportunity creation. Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms that align with our services.
• Craft clear, engaging, and client-focused proposals that stand out.
• Customize proposals by understanding client requirements, pain points, and project goals.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and timely responses to prospects.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve proposal quality and conversion rates.
• Track performance of submitted proposals and continuously refine approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, CS, Data Science, English, or a related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in proposal writing, online bidding, or business development (preferred).
• Exceptional written English with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into compelling proposals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple submissions daily.
