Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Proposal Writer specializing in Information Technology to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis at our Cairo office. The role focuses on preparing, writing, and structuring high-quality technical and commercial proposals that are fully aligned with client requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce compelling technical and financial proposals for Information Technology projects.

Review, analyze, and respond to RFPs and RFQs, ensuring complete compliance with client specifications and tender requirements.

Work closely with technical and business teams to collect required inputs and transform them into clear, professional, and persuasive proposal content.

Ensure all proposals are well-organized, accurate, and delivered within established deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in proposal writing, preferably within the Information Technology or technology-related sectors.

Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work effectively in a structured office environment on a full-time basis.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
