The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail oriented and organised Proposals Administrator to support the end to end development of proposal documents, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in proposals coordination or administrative support within the engineering, oil & gas, or energy sectors.

The key objectives for this role are:

• Support the full lifecycle of proposal development, from initial request through to submission
• Ensure all proposal documentation is accurate, well formatted, and compliant with client requirements
• Coordinate inputs from technical teams, commercial teams, and management
• Maintain and update proposal trackers, templates, and documentation libraries
• Assist in planning deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all proposal submissions
