Provider Network Coordinator - Female

Manage and support our network of healthcare providers. This involves ensuring smooth communication, maintaining accurate provider data, and confirming adherence to all network policies.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with service providers
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all network providers within designated databases or systems.
• Oversee and streamline provider onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and regularly update the provider directory and other relevant internal systems
• Communicate essential network updates, changes, and announcements to providers in a timely manner.
• Verify clinician addition/deletion requests, ensuring accurate system registration and updates.
• Verify updates to provider bank account details, ensuring system registration and timely communication to the Finance team.
• Arrange and coordinate provider meetings as required.
• Actively participate in network development and strategic planning activities
• Maintaining good relationships with healthcare providers.
• Support in service additions and network re-categorization, ensuring alignment with Almadallah rates.
