Job Overview
Everfast Fiber Networks is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Network Provisioning Specialist / Commercial Projects to oversee the end-to-end service activation lifecycle for commercial fiber, voice, and transport services. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success — ensuring that signed contracts convert into installed, revenue-generating services efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate understands modern telecom provisioning workflows, service delivery coordination, number porting, regulatory compliance (E911), and project milestone management across multiple stakeholders.

At Everfast Fiber, signed contracts are only the beginning. This role ensures revenue is activated quickly, accurately, and professionally — protecting gross margin, improving cash flow, and strengthening customer retention.

This position is a fulltime, in-office role, scheduled Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm.

Duties
· Manage the full lifecycle of commercial and residential service provisioning from order submission to install completion

· Coordinate fiber, DIA, voice, SIP, transport, and dark fiber activations

· Process number porting (LOA validation, FOC tracking, escalation management)

· Oversee E911 registration, CNAM updates, directory listings, toll-free management

· Ensure accurate system entries in OSS/BSS, CRM, and billing platforms

· Serve as the primary internal point of contact for commercial installs

· Develop and track provisioning timelines and milestone checkpoints

· Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Construction, and Field Operations

· Identify project risks and proactively manage delays

· Lead install readiness calls when required

· Ensure services are installed and billing-triggered accurately

· Validate contract terms against system setup (MRC, NRC, term length)

· Maintain regulatory compliance for E911 and voice services

· Document all provisioning records and audit trails

· Provide proactive communication to internal teams and customers

· Manage escalations related to install delays or porting issues

· Deliver a professional onboarding experience for commercial accounts

· Track provisioning KPIs (Install interval, fall-out rate, port rejection rate, etc.)

· Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend automation improvements

· Support reporting for leadership on backlog, installs, and revenue activation timelines

Qualifications

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

. 2+ years’ experience in telecom provisioning, service delivery, and/or project coordination

· Experience with fiber, DIA, SIP/VoIP, and transport provisioning

· Working knowledge of LNP/Number Porting processes, E911 registration compliance, CNAM management, and toll-free provisioning

· Familiarity with OSS/BSS platforms, CRM systems, and billing systems

· Strong project management and coordination skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational discipline

· Ability to manage multiple active installs simultaneously

· Experience in a regional fiber ISP or CLEC environment

· Understanding of commercial SLA management

· PMP or equivalent certification (not required but valued)

· Average install interval (Signed to Installed)

· Porting FOC accuracy rate

· Install backlog reduction

· Revenue activation accuracy

· Billing error rate

· Customer onboarding satisfaction

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
