PRT English Teacher

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning

• Teach English and EVS to primary grade students as per the school curriculum.
• Develop and deliver creative lesson plans, worksheets, and activities.
• Use phonics, storytelling, reading comprehension strategies, and grammar-based learning for English.
• Build EVS concepts through experiential learning, real-life examples, and hands-on activities.
• Assess students regularly through classwork, projects, assignments, and tests.

Classroom Management

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and positive classroom environment.
• Use child-centered teaching methods and differentiated instruction.
• Ensure discipline, regular attendance, and student well-being.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare lesson plans, maintain student records, and track progress.
• Share timely updates with parents during PTMs and through school communication channels.
• Maintain documentation as required by the academic department.

Co-curricular Responsibilities

• Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, and field trips.
• Support English and EVS-related activities, such as reading programs, environmental drives, and exhibitions.

Collaboration

• Work closely with other teachers to ensure integrated learning.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
