PSD Service Engineer

Job Purpose:

Responsible for preparing all tasks and requirements essential for executing the assigned service jobs (including but not limited to maintenance, Repair, tools, field service car …etc)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all forklifts and minor mechanical tasks (including but not limited to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, etc)
• Confirming with the customer service visits that meet the agreed due time
• Responsible for performing maintenance work for electrical/diesel forklifts
• Performing fault tracing and repair work for electrical & diesel forklift models
• Responsible for installing, controlling, inspecting incl commissioning / re-commissioning the new forklifts
• Completing the service task given during the due date
• Achieving/ensuring customer satisfaction for each job done
• Performing final reports and documentation forms and ensuring their reception to the service coordinator
• Open new opportunities for the maintenance/repair needed during each and any assigned job
• Full responsibility for all received company assets (tools, field service cars…etc)

Qualifications:

• BSc in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
• 6-9 years of experience in the same field service for forklifts (Materials Handling Equipment)
