Pauquette Center for Psychological Services – Hiring for our Portage/Columbia County location

Position & Requirements

Flexible Hours: Part-time (1-2 days per week); optional additional days with our outpatient programs at any of our locations for those seeking additional hours.

Location: In person at Pauquette’s Portage, Wisconsin location

Licensure Required:

· Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree and completion of an ACGME accredited psychiatry residency program meeting requirement for Wisconsin licensure. Board Certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology is preferred

OR

· Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Education Program and board certified by the ANCC in Psychiatry Mental Health

· Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber in the State of Wisconsin.

· A minimum of three (3) years of experience in psychiatric/behavioral health nursing, including prescribing, preferred. Previous experience in managing emergency situations required. Additional education and experience to further develop skills and knowledge in specialty area required.

The Pauquette Center for Psychological Services has served the mental health needs of communities in Wisconsin for over 60 years. We are currently seeking a psychiatric prescriber to join our community support program, which provides coordinated, evidence-based care and treatment to support adults living with severe mental illness to lead their best lives. Service are primarily provided in the community to meet individuals’ unique needs, reduce and otherwise manage disruptive mental health symptoms, address challenges in community living, and support individual goals and recovery. Program staff center values of hope, collaboration, personal choice, and respect in their work with those receiving CSP services. We welcome and seek providers adept at engaging with clients from varied backgrounds and can support client growth in a number of ways. The psychiatric prescriber will be joining a phenomenal team of case managers, clinicians, a medication technician, and other medical staff including another psychiatric prescriber and nursing support.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is commensurate with licensure, education, and board experience in the range of $130 - $195 per hour. Additional compensation for bilingual providers.

We offer paid admin time to assist with collaboration with our therapists.

Flexible working hours for supported work-life balance

Electronic charting and company-issued devices for telehealth with A.I. assisted notetaking

Very limited on-call duties outside of office hours and coverage by other providers

Job Types: This position is Part-time. Full time work is negotiable if desired

Pay: $130.00 - $195.00 per hour
