Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver flexible, in-network outpatient treatment for common mental health conditions, excluding intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs.
• Use the proprietary, integrated EMR system to optimize charting, track patient outcomes, and facilitate efficient lab integration.
• Partner with an extensive in-house billing and patient care coordinator team to eliminate tasks like scheduling and collecting payments.
• Set patient session durations that are clinically appropriate, with a minimum of 60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes for follow-up visits.
• Build a specialized patient panel by adjusting intake processes to match personal clinical preferences and desired acuity.

Requirements

• Board Eligibility or Certification in Psychiatry. Subspecialty training is highly encouraged.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (assistance with licensing costs and management is provided).
• Excellent clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to collaborative care.
• Comfort with providing psychiatric services entirely through a remote, telehealth platform.
