Position: Remote Psychiatrist – Outpatient Telehealth

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Overview

We are seeking board-eligible or board-certified psychiatrists to join our national, fully remote outpatient psychiatry practice. This role combines the autonomy of private practice with the support and infrastructure of a larger organization. Psychiatrists enjoy flexibility in scheduling, patient populations, and visit lengths, allowing a focus on delivering high-quality mental health care.

Our practice provides in-network outpatient care for children, adolescents, and adults with a range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, and attention disorders. We are dedicated to making psychiatric care accessible while supporting clinicians to thrive professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing management of patients via telehealth.
• Develop individualized care plans and deliver evidence-based treatments.
• Collaborate with an in-house team, including care coordinators and billing specialists.
• Select patient populations and manage intake according to clinical preferences.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using integrated EMR tools.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency.

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry (subspecialties encouraged).
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (licensing support available).
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth technology.
• Proactive, collaborative, and committed to high-quality, cost-effective care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telepsychiatry or outpatient psychiatric practice.
• Familiarity with integrated EMR systems and digital patient management tools.
