Key Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, evidence-based outpatient psychiatric treatment for a broad range of disorders in all age groups.
• Determine the appropriate session duration for patients, adhering to minimum standards (60 minutes for intake, 30 minutes for follow-up).
• Utilize proprietary technology and an integrated EMR to streamline all practice functions, from scheduling to outcomes tracking.
• Partner with the large in-house administrative team to completely offload administrative duties like billing and patient scheduling.
• Maintain an emphasis on providing high-quality, cost-effective psychiatric medical care.

Requirements

• Board Eligibility or Certification in Psychiatry (subspecialists are highly desired).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (licensing assistance is provided).
• Excellent clinical judgment and professional communication skills.
• Commitment to a collaborative environment and embracing new technology.
