Job Overview:
We are seeking board-eligible or board-certified psychiatrists to join a national, fully remote outpatient psychiatry practice. This role offers the autonomy of private practice combined with the support and infrastructure of a larger organization. Psychiatrists will have the flexibility to control their schedules, patient populations, and visit lengths while focusing on delivering high-quality mental health care.

Our practice provides in-network, outpatient treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of psychiatric conditions, including depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. We are committed to making psychiatric care accessible while ensuring our clinicians are supported and able to thrive professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing management of patients via telehealth.
  • Determine patient care plans and provide evidence-based treatments.
  • Collaborate with a robust in-house team, including care coordinators and billing specialists.
  • Select patient populations and manage patient intake based on clinical preferences.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation using integrated EMR tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry. Subspecialties encouraged.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States (licensing support provided as needed).
  • Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adopt and effectively use EMR and telehealth technology.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to high-quality, cost-effective care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in telepsychiatry or outpatient psychiatric practice.
  • Familiarity with integrated EMR systems and digital patient management tools.
