Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring they are spotless and inviting.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas regularly.
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, utilizing specialized equipment for deep cleaning projects.
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stored properly for efficiency and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries related to public areas with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within hospitality or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cleanliness standards and safety protocols in public spaces.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
