Role Summary

The Public Program Lead role is based in KSA and is responsible for leading and executing strategic social media and public engagement programs to enhance brand presence and audience interaction. This is a senior-level position on a limited 12-month contract, renewable for a similar period based on performance. The role requires strong leadership, creativity, and deep expertise in social media platforms, trends, and public communication strategies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive social media and public engagement strategies across multiple platforms
  • Lead content planning and creation in Arabic and English, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to deliver high-quality social media outputs
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and client teams to produce impactful assets and campaigns
  • Oversee social media calendars and ensure timely, strategic posting of content
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, engagement, and ROI
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and audience engagement
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and competitor activities to maintain a leading edge
  • Represent the organization in public programs and ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale social media campaigns and public engagement programs
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and inform strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail in content and campaign development
  • Expertise in social media tools, analytics platforms, and online marketing trends
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills
  • Prior experience in a senior role within a marketing or digital agency environment
