Programs & Events Coordinator
Part-Time, Full-Time, or Seasonal Position AvailableThe Event Coordinator plays a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events at the Garden. This position requires excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills, along with a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for private rentals, weddings, community events, and internal programs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff during event planning and execution.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and well-presented.
  • Maintain event calendars, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Support marketing and outreach for public events and programs as needed.
  • Work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Prior experience in event planning, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and attention to detail.

Schedule & Compensation: Flexible hours available — open to part-time, full-time, and seasonal applicants. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
