Uptown Rent a Car is seeking an experienced and Arabic-speaking Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes, including RTA transactions, vehicle registration, file management, fine transfers, and coordination with Tasheel and MOHRE Agency. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the car rental or automotive sector and a strong understanding of UAE government platforms and documentation procedures.

· Handle RTA-related tasks including vehicle registration, renewal, passing, and fine transfer.

· Manage insurance updates and vehicle documentation for the fleet.

· Open and maintain traffic files and company files with RTA and other authorities.

· Process new car registrations, de-registrations, and ownership transfers.

· Liaise with Tasheel, MOHRE, Emirates ID, and other government portals for employee and company documentation.

· Submit and follow up on online applications through government portals.

· Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and registrations.

· Coordinate with internal departments (fleet, operations, accounts) to ensure compliance and document accuracy.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE government rules and procedures.

· Handle Arabic-English translation of official documents when required.
