To manage all government-related processes and ensure compliance with Qatar’s legal and regulatory framework, particularly for real estate projects and property operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the main liaison between the company and all government entities including:

    • KAHRAMAA, Ministry of Municipality (Baladiya), Civil Defense, Ministry of Labour, and Immigration authorities.

  • Manage and follow up on all KAHRAMAA processes , including:

    • Registration and renewal of company and engineer credentials.

    • Submissions and follow-ups for electricity and water connection approvals for new developments and properties.

    • Coordination with consultants, contractors, and KAHRAMAA inspectors for NOCs, technical drawings, and site approvals.

    • Tracking application progress and ensuring timely completion of approvals for property handover.

  • Support project and facilities management teams with all necessary permits and government documentation related to construction, handover, and property occupation.

  • Handle commercial registration, trade license, establishment card, and municipality approvals related to real estate operations.

  • Manage all employee-related immigration and labour transactions (visas, work permits, QIDs, sponsorship transfers).

  • Maintain professional relationships with officials at KAHRAMAA, Municipality, and Civil Defense to expedite approvals.

  • Keep management updated on regulatory changes affecting real estate, construction, or property management activities.

  • Maintain accurate filing systems for all governmental and project-related documents.





Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a PRO in Qatar , preferably within the real estate or construction industry .

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience dealing with KAHRAMAA processes , including new service connections, project approvals, and NOCs.

  • Good knowledge of Qatari labour, immigration, and municipal regulations , especially those impacting property development.

  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

  • Strong knowledge of KAHRAMAA e-services, Hukoomi, MOI, and MADLSA portals.

  • Valid Qatari Driving License (mandatory).
