To facilitate the end-to-end process of company formation and employee residency by managing all interactions with government departments. The PRO ensures the company and its clients remain 100% compliant with the latest UAE laws, minimizing delays and avoiding administrative penalties.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Company Formation & Licensing
- Handle the complete lifecycle of Trade License issuance, including name reservation, initial approval, and final license collection.
- Liaise with the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) or relevant Free Zone Authorities (e.g., DMCC, DDA, IFZA).
- Assist in drafting and notarizing legal documents like the Memorandum of Association (MOA) or Local Service Agent agreements.
- Manage the issuance and renewal of the Establishment Card and e-Signature Card.
2. Visa & Immigration Management
- Process all employee and investor visas: Entry permits, status adjustments, medical fitness tests, and residence stamping.
- Coordinate Emirates ID biometrics and health insurance applications.
- Manage labor-related tasks through MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation), including labor contracts and work permits.
- Handle visa cancellations and family sponsorship for clients/employees.
3. Government Liaison & Document Clearing
- Act as the primary representative at government centers (Amer, Tasheel, Tadbeer, and Adheed).
