About Us:
Open Home Properties is a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi, committed to building a high-performance team and providing a healthy, supportive work environment. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team and handle end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visa, medical, and insurance processes for employees.
  • Handle MPOHRE, ICP, and other government portals for all employee services.
  • Execute all visa processing independently, including entry permits, labor cards, and renewals.
  • Manage employee payroll and WPS compliance accurately and on time.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.
  • Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR / Payroll Specialist in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of visa processes, insurance, and WPS system.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
