Key Responsibilities:
- Manage visa, medical, and insurance processes for employees.
- Handle MPOHRE, ICP, and other government portals for all employee services.
- Execute all visa processing independently, including entry permits, labor cards, and renewals.
- Manage employee payroll and WPS compliance accurately and on time.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.
- Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR / Payroll Specialist in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of visa processes, insurance, and WPS system.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
