HR Officer

Bin Fadel Holding – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Bin Fadel Holding is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced HR Officer to support and enhance our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company standards
• Ensure adherence to UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and end-of-service benefits
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans
• Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Monitor and update HR systems and databases for accuracy and confidentiality
• Support administrative HR tasks and audits when required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years and above proven experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with UAE Labor Law
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software systems
• Experience in construction or contracting industry is an advantage
