Key Responsibilities
- Government Liaison & Compliance
- Act as the primary representative with Abu Dhabi government departments, including:
- Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) for trade licenses.
- Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization (MOHRE) for labor cards and work permits.
- Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) for visas and Emirates IDs.
- Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ADCCI).
- Free Zone Authorities (e.g., ADGM, Masdar, KIZAD, Twofour54).
- Process applications for new licenses, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, Emiratization requirements, and Abu Dhabi-specific regulations.
- Documentation & Processing
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on trade licenses, labor contracts, employee visas, medical tests, and Emirates ID applications.
- Track expiry dates for client/company documents (visas, labor permits, licenses, tenancy contracts) and ensure timely renewals.
- Manage notarization, attestation, and translation of documents when required.
- Client Support & Guidance
- Assist clients in understanding Abu Dhabi’s company formation procedures (mainland & free zones).
- Provide clear timelines, requirements, and process guidance for smooth company setup.
- Offer after-setup services such as PRO packages for license renewals, staff visas, and compliance updates.
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with operations and legal teams to ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant before submission.
- Keep management informed about changes in Abu Dhabi government rules, fees, and policies.
- Maintain organized records of client documents and submissions.
- Representation & Public Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Abu Dhabi government officials and departments.
- Represent the company and clients professionally in all official dealings.
- Uphold transparency and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a PRO in Abu Dhabi (knowledge of ADDED, MOHRE, ICP, and free zone procedures).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (other languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with UAE labor law, immigration rules, and business regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with government departments.
