Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation, employee visa processing, labor permits, and ensure legal compliance with UAE laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience dealing with government portals, labor and immigration offices, and possess strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, including permits, vehicle registrations (Mulkiya), and renewals, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory authorities such as Dafra, Dalma, Muroor, and CICPA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new employment visas, labor cards, and work permits.

· Handle all government-related documentation and renewals, including vehicle registration (Mulkiya), CICPA permits, Dafra, and Dalma access.

· Prepare and submit forms and documentation to government bodies as required for permits and regulatory approvals.

· Follow up and resolve any issues or rejections related to permits and access cards promptly.

· Liaise and build strong working relationships with government departments, police, traffic authorities, and other external agencies.

· Strong knowledge of Dafra, Dalma, and CICPA procedures – mandatory.

  • Coordinate closely with the transport operations team to ensure vehicle and driver readiness based on permit validity.

· Maintain up-to-date records in Excel sheets, including expiry dates, renewal logs, and permit Coordinate closely with the transport operations team to ensure vehicle and driver readiness based on permit validity.

  • Coordinate and submit renewals and cancellations of visas and labor contracts.
  • Handle the processing of Emirates ID, medical tests, and insurance documentation.
  • Liaise with government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain updated records of all employee visa statuses and legal documents.
  • Ensure timely submission and renewal of trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and other company legal documents.
  • Handle company-related documentation for ADNOC compliance and registration when required.
  • Provide support in employees onboarding/offboarding procedures from a government documentation perspective.
  • Stay updated with any changes in UAE labor and immigration laws and advise management accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 4 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and visa regulations.
  • Strong network and experience in dealing with government portals and departments.

· Strong knowledge of Dafra, Dalma, and CICPA procedures – mandatory.

  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
