Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all government-related documentation and transactions (e.g., visa processing, labor permits, Emirates ID, renewals, etc.)
  • Liaise with government departments, ministries, and other external authorities as required
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and company documents
  • Maintain accurate records of all PRO services and transactions
  • Assist employees with visa applications, medical tests, and other onboarding requirements
  • Stay updated on changes in government regulations and labor laws
  • Draft and translate official letters and documents in Arabic and English
  • Represent the company in government offices when required
  • Handle any legal notifications or regulatory communication on behalf of the company

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and municipality regulations
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office and government portals (e.g., MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA)
  • Arabic nationality preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
  • Accommodation: Provided (Shared or Single, based on designation)
  • Transport: Not required – accommodation is within walking distance from the workplace
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities; Arabic language is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
