Public Relations Officer

Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and UAE government entities (e.g., Immigration, Ministry of Labor, Municipality).
• Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor card processing for employees.
• Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, and other legal documents.
• Stay updated on UAE labor laws and government regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Handle all documentation related to employee onboarding and offboarding in coordination with HR.
• Represent the company in official matters and maintain strong relationships with government officials.
• CICPA passes submitting and renewals.
• Vehicle renewals in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Prepare and submit reports related to PRO activities and legal compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 4 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of UAE labor law and government procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a plus.
