Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Construction Company

Company Overview:
A well-established construction company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all government relations and legal documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all PRO activities with MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality, and other UAE government authorities.
• Process visas, work permits, labor contracts, Emirates IDs, and related government documentation.
• Handle company licensing, renewals, registrations, and compliance procedures.
• Prepare and maintain legal documents while ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws.
• Support HR and management in all government-related updates and processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of PRO experience in the UAE, preferably in a construction company.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE rules, UAE labor laws, and government portals.
• Experience in visa processing, legal documentation, and company licensing.
• Arabic (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
