Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Job Summary

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related processes and ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. This includes handling visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, licensing, and maintaining strong relationships with government departments in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key ResponsibilitiesGovernment & Legal Liaison

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and government authorities such as:
  • RAK Immigration
  • Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE)
  • RAK Economic Zone (RAKEZ)
  • Police, Courts, Tasheel (5yrs. exp.) and other government offices.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and local regulations.

Visa & Immigration

  • Process employment visas, visit visas, cancellations, and renewals.
  • Handle Emirates ID registration, medical tests, and residency stamping.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee visas and passports.

Licensing & Company Documents

  • Assist with company trade license renewal and related approvals.
  • Coordinate approvals from RAKEZ, Municipality, and other authorities.
  • Maintain custody and confidentiality of company legal documents.

Employee Support

  • Assist employees with government-related documentation and inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on legal procedures and timelines.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding documentation.

Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate databases for visas, labor cards, and licenses.
  • Track expiry dates and proactively arrange renewals.
  • Prepare reports for management when required.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative qualification preferred.
  • Driving License/ Own vehicle is a must.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-8 years experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably in Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration, and RAKEZ procedures.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).
  • Strong coordination and time management skills.
  • Familiar with online government portals (MOHRE, ICP, RAKEZ).
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
