Public Relation Officer (PRO)

Intellect Chartered Accountants is a leading firm of Chartered Accountants & Auditors with over 21+ years of experience in the UAE, providing end-to-end financial and professional services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

We are currently seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support our Corporate Services division by managing and streamlining government-related procedures and applications to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all Government-related procedures and documentation
• Liaise with:
• Free Zones Authorities
• General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)
• Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP)
• Process and follow up on:
• Visa applications (including Golden Visa)
• Labor and immigration formalities
• Emirates ID processes
• Company licensing and renewals
• Coordinate Notary Services
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of paperwork
• Visit government offices as required
• Manage deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Basic working knowledge of:
• Free Zone procedures
• GDRFA
• ICP
• Golden Visa processes
• PRO & Notary Services
• Willingness to work outdoors and visit government offices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar PRO role in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE government processes and regulations
• Good communication and coordination skills
