Public Relation Officer (PRO)

We Are Hiring – PRO (Public Relations Officer )

A well-established Business Setup Company in Dubai is looking for a highly experienced HR & PRO Specialist to manage all government, labor, and company formation operations across Dubai .We are seeking someone who can work independently and has strong, hands-on experience with UAE government processes end-to-end.

Only experienced candidates will be considered.

Position: PRO Location: Dubai , UAE

Responsibilities:

* Handle all government-related transactions and documentation

* Manage trade license renewals (DED Mainland & Free Zones)

* Process visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation)

* Handle company formation for Mainland & Free Zone entities

* Liaise with authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, DED, Free Zones, etc.)

* Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law (latest updates 2023–2025)

* Manage WPS processing and resolve any system issues/blocks

* Handle Emiratisation requirements & Nafis platform* Manage Ejari (Dubai)

* Coordinate government inspections and approvals* Ensure timely submission, tracking, and completion of all applications

Requirements:

* Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in a similar role

* Strong knowledge of Mainland & Free Zone procedures

* Hands-on experience with UAE government portals and systems*

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Valid UAE driving license + own car (mandatory)
