Public Relation Officer (PRO)

About the Role

Affiniax Partners is looking for Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing visa processes, employee documentation, and regulatory compliance while ensuring smooth coordination with UAE authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage employment visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, and related immigration procedures.
• Handle Emirates ID applications, renewals, and updates through the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security.
• Coordinate labor contracts, work permits, and employee-related transactions with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
• Manage trade license renewals, amendments, and regulatory approvals with relevant authorities.
• Liaise with immigration, labor, municipality, free zone, and other government departments on behalf of the company and clients.
• Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to maintain compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation.
• Support the HR and administration teams with compliance-related requirements and government processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of UAE experience as a PRO, Government Relations Officer, or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and business licensing requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ICP, MOHRE, GDRFA, and other relevant government portals and authorities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Valid UAE driving license.
