Public Relation Officer (PRO) , Admin

We are seeking an experienced Admin & PRO Officer to manage government liaison, documentation, and office administration for our EPC camp construction projects in the UAE. The candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE labor and government regulations, excellent coordination skills, and proven experience in handling PRO services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage UAE government documentation, approvals, and renewals (visas, labor cards, trade license, permits).
  • Liaise with Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Municipality, and other authorities.
  • Prepare and submit all required PRO paperwork for employees, contractors, and projects.
  • Handle office administration: records management, correspondence, filing, and reporting.
  • Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID, labor contract approvals, and related services.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain vendor and service provider coordination for administrative support.
  • Track renewal dates and statutory submissions to avoid delays or penalties.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3–5 years UAE experience – Mandatory.
  • Proven experience as PRO / Admin Officer in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi. Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and office management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
