Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (Arabic)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recep Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist in daily office operations and provide support to other departments as required.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry tasks.
  • Maintain and order office supplies and stationery.
  • Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist in HR tasks such as updating staff records or coordinating interviews (if applicable).
  • Support travel arrangements and accommodations for staff (if applicable).
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with standard working hours.
