We are seeking an experienced PRO / Labor Camp Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include for overseeing the welfare, accommodation, and general management of the workers residing in the camp as well as arranging the documents needed .
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the public perception of the organization.
- Create and implement PR campaigns and strategies to promote the organization's image.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align public relations strategies with marketing efforts.
- Supervise camp staff, including cooks, cleaners, and security personnel, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently.
- Handle communication in times of negativity.
- Develop crisis communication plans and manage responses to media inquiries.
- Work with senior management to craft appropriate messaging and maintain transparency.
- Address any complaints or behavioral issues from camp residents and take appropriate disciplinary actions if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, camp regulations, and the company’s policies.
- Analyze media coverage, track PR metrics, and report on the success of campaigns.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding public perception and media activity.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: Previous experience in public relations, communications, or media relations is often required, typically 1-3 years, depending on the role level.
- Writing and Speaking English Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and abilities for crafting press releases, speeches, and other content.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle conflict and resolve issues effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all forms of communication and when creating materials.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects efficiently.
