About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive PR Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing strategic consultation, and leading innovative PR initiatives. You will ensure the development and execution of tailored campaigns, work towards meeting KPIs, manage team members, and support new business development efforts.


Responsibilities:


Client Consultation & Strategic PR Guidance:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert consultation and strategic PR guidance across a variety of industries.
  • Understand client objectives and recommend customized PR strategies to help achieve clients' business goals.


Strategic Collaboration & Innovative PR Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement innovative PR initiatives that align with client goals.
  • Drive creative thinking and contribute to new, exciting ideas that elevate the client’s brand and public presence.


Client Account Management:

  • Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day client activities, address inquiries, and ensure the execution of agreed-upon services.


PR Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of PR campaigns tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, including media relations, influencer engagement, events, and content creation.


KPI Achievement:

  • Ensure all campaigns and client accounts meet or exceed established KPIs, including media coverage, social media engagement, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Regularly review and analyze performance metrics, providing strategic adjustments and recommendations.


New Business Development:

  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth with existing clients and new potential clients.
  • Contribute to pitch presentations and help showcase Katch’s expertise in the PR industry, fostering long-term relationships with prospective clients.


Team Management:

  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Delegate tasks effectively within the team, ensuring deadlines are met and quality of work is maintained.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging creativity and professional development.


Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in public relations, with demonstrated expertise in managing both project-based and retainer client accounts. Proven track record in handling PR accounts in sectors such as Luxury, Hospitality, F&B, Real Estate, Retail, Events, and Tech is preferred.


Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging press materials and deliver persuasive client presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong media relations skills and experience securing coverage across a variety of platforms.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with internal teams to develop innovative PR strategies.
