Public Relations Communications Specialist

We are looking for a storyteller who can turn momentum into headlines and brand love. In this role, you’ll own Kuwait PR and help shape consumer-facing campaigns that build awareness, trust, and advocacy.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and execute localized PR/communications plans for Kuwait (with Lower GCC scope).
• Nurture top-tier media and industry relationships; secure consistent, high-quality coverage.
• Craft, adapt, and distribute press materials in English & Arabic .
• Land and manage leadership speaking opportunities; prep spokespeople for interviews/briefings.
• Lead B2C and corporate PR campaigns; support market activations and events.
• Track coverage and sentiment; turn insights into action.
• Manage local PR agency partners for impact and speed.
• Contribute to crisis comms planning and incident response.
• Partner cross-functionally so PR moves the business, not just the news cycle.
• Travel across the GCC for media activities, launches, and leadership engagements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Comms/PR/Journalism (or related).
• 4–5 years in PR/comms—ideally tech, F&B, or e-commerce.
• Proven media network in Kuwait.
• Strong bilingual writing ( Arabic is a must ).
• Experience landing/managing speaker slots.
• Agency management and multi-project juggling superpowers.
• Local national preferred.
