Overview:
The Public Relations (PR) Coordinator supports the PR team in implementing communication strategies, coordinating media activities, and managing internal and external communications. The role ensures that Al-Qadsiah Club’s messaging is consistent, professional, and aligned with the club’s brand and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns and communication initiatives.

• Coordinate media relations, press releases, and official statements.

• Support the organization of events, press conferences, and public engagements.

• Monitor media coverage and maintain reports for management.

• Prepare communication materials for internal and external audiences.

• Maintain the PR database, including media contacts and distribution lists.

• Support social media content coordination in collaboration with the relevant departments.

• Ensure all communications reflect the club’s branding and values.



















Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

•Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

•1–3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media support roles.

•Experience in coordinating events, campaigns, or media activities is preferred.

Skills:

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Good organizational and time management abilities.

•Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks.

•Proficiency in MS Office and basic communication tools.

•Attention to detail and professional approach to sensitive communications.

Certifications:

•PR or communication-related certifications are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience within sports organizations, clubs, or corporate environments.

- Knowledge of social media platforms and content coordination.

- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English).

- Creative thinking in communication and engagement initiatives.
