Job Title: Public Relations Manager
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year
Reports To: Vice President of Strategic Communications & Innovation
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday in office, Fridays WFH

Position Summary
The Public Relations Manager will support public relations efforts for Xponential Fitness and its portfolio of five brands. This role will serve as a key partner to brand leaders and executive leadership on PR-related needs, including media requests, interviews, messaging, and content development. The Public Relations Manager will also work closely with Xponential’s external PR agency, Fishman, to help coordinate responses, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment across initiatives. This role requires strong writing, organization, proofreading, and cross-functional collaboration skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
