About The Role
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing and executing all government-related processes and legal formalities on behalf of the company, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. This role also supports HR functions related to employee onboarding and visa processing. The PRO liaises with various governmental, legal, and corporate entities to maintain smooth operations and safeguard the company’s legal standing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all legal and official processes with UAE government authorities and ministries.
Handle trademark registration and the establishment of new trade licenses and corporate entities.
Process and clear all official documentation related to government approvals, licensing, and company setup.
Oversee VAT registration processes and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements.
Manage documentation attestation through relevant government bodies such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Notary Public.
Administer access and compliance across government, banking, and telecommunication portals.
Respond to legal documentation requests from banks, including KYC requirements and updates.
Ensure smooth operation and compliance of the Wage Protection System (WPS), including employee registration and salary submissions.
Coordinate procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
Assist with budgeting, petty cash handling, and maintenance of administrative financial records.
Facilitate employee recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, processing employment visas, and handling NOC submissions for freelance visa holders.
Manage the submission and notarization of legal documents.
Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting internal projects.
Oversee staff attendance, approve leaves, and coordinate payroll input and staff-related issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar PRO or government liaison role within the UAE.
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and local regulations.
