Duties and Responsibilities
Government Liaison & Corporate Compliance
- Act as the company s official representative with DIFC, ADGM, CBUAE, MOHRE, MOFA, Immigration (GDRFA/ICP), and other authorities.
- Manage company incorporations, branch registrations, and ongoing license renewals in DIFC, ADGM, and with the Central Bank of the UAE.
- Apply for and maintain establishment cards in all relevant jurisdictions.
- Monitor and ensure timely renewals of trade licenses, establishment cards, and all regulatory registrations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, immigration requirements, and free zone rules.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide management with proactive compliance guidance.
Visa & Immigration Management
- Handle end-to-end processing of employment visas, work permits, residency visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, and renewals/cancellations.
- Manage dependent/family visas, visit visas, golden visas, and investor visas as required.
- Coordinate medical testing, biometrics, health insurance, and all supporting steps.
- Maintain accurate tracking of visa status, expiry dates, and renewal schedules to prevent lapses.
Document Attestation & Certification
- Arrange for document attestations, notarizations, legal translations, and equivalency certificates through embassies, MOFA, and relevant ministries.
- Handle educational certificate equivalency for employee visa requirements.
- Support corporate documents with attestations and authentications where necessary for banking, licensing, or legal purposes.
Establishment Card & Corporate Records Management
- Apply for new establishment cards, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain systematic records of all company and staff-related documents, including establishment cards, licenses, and regulatory filings.
- Provide timely reports to management on upcoming deadlines, renewals, and regulatory obligations.
Employee & Business Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on visa, immigration, and labour-related queries.
- Guide staff through onboarding and offboarding processes in line with UAE and free zone requirements.
- Assist senior management with government-related corporate service requirements, ensuring smooth delivery for both employees and clients.
Skills and Experience
Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is highly advantageous).
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with full confidentiality.
- Existing professional relationships with officials at DIFC, ADGM, and CBUAE.
Experience
- Minimum 5 7 years UAE PRO experience, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of DIFC, ADGM, CBUAE, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and related government platforms.
- Proven track record in establishment card applications, visa services, attestations, and company incorporation/renewals.
- Experience handling golden visas, dependent visas, and investor visas.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and portals (DIFC Portal, ADGM RA, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP).
