Job Title: PRO Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable PRO Assistant to join our driving school team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all government and administrative liaison activities, including documentation, applications, and official visits to ministries and other authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all government and official documentation related to the driving school.
  • Visit the Ministry of Interior and other relevant authorities as required.
  • Manage licenses, permits, and registrations for students and employees.
  • Prepare and submit official forms, applications, and correspondence to government entities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all PRO-related activities.
  • Communicate effectively with government officials and external agencies on behalf of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant government procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic (speaking and typing) – mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a PRO or Administrative Liaison Officer, preferably in a driving school or related field.
  • Strong understanding of government procedures, ministry protocols, and documentation processes.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 2,500 per month
