Roles & Responsibilities
Government Liaison:
Serve as the primary representative between the company/clients and government authorities. Coordinate and manage all communications with ministries, immigration, labor, and other regulatory departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of all official requirements.
Documentation Management:
Prepare, submit, and track all government-related documents, including visa applications, work and residency permits, and trade licenses. Ensure all renewals, amendments, and regulatory obligations are completed accurately and within set timelines.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on the latest labor, immigration, and business regulations to ensure company compliance. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all government transactions and related documentation.
Administrative Support:
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including visa, labor card, and work permit formalities. Provide administrative assistance in managing employee-related government issues in full compliance with UAE labor laws.
